Ranjit Kumar heads Leasing at Welspun One and is responsible for driving the organisation’s leasing strategy across its logistics and industrial real estate portfolio. In this role, he focuses on enhancing occupancy across Grade-A assets, strengthening occupier relationships, and expanding Welspun One’s presence across key industrial and logistics corridors in India.
Ranjit brings over two decades of experience in industrial and logistics real estate, commercial leasing, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Welspun One, he served as National Head – Leasing at Pragati, where he led leasing initiatives across multiple industrial and logistics developments. Earlier, he was associated with Adani Ports and SEZ, where he headed marketing and leasing for industrial and logistics parks across geographies. He has also held roles with IndoSpace, Accenture, ICICI Bank, and Tata Housing Development Company Limited.
He has deep expertise in industrial and warehousing leasing, occupier acquisition, portfolio optimisation, and cross-functional project execution across large-scale real estate platforms. He is recognised for aligning occupier requirements with asset strategies to deliver consistent leasing outcomes across asset classes.
Ranjit holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Information Systems from the School of Communication and Management Studies.
