Padmakumar G is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires with over 40 years of experience in the global tire industry. He leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, driving resilience, efficiency and sustainability across global markets.
In his current role, Padmakumar oversees the supply chain for the entire Y-OHT portfolio, which includes a diverse range of brands under its umbrella spanning Alliance, Galaxy, Primex, Goodyear and Yokohama. He manages a highly complex and integrated global supply chain network, supporting operations across more than 130 countries. He has been instrumental in strengthening integrated planning, advancing digital transformation and enhancing operational visibility through technology-led initiatives, enabling more agile and responsive supply chain operations at scale.
Prior to joining Y-OHT, Padmakumar held senior leadership roles at JK Tyre, Kesoram Industries and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he led manufacturing, procurement and supply chain functions across diverse geographies.
Padmakumar is a strong advocate of sustainability and continuous improvement, fostering a Kaizen driven culture and embedding responsible practices across operations.
