Aditya Shah is the Executive Director and Head of all customerfacing departments like Sales, CS, and Marketing of six-decade-old
logistics group, V–Trans (India) Ltd. He is also designated as the CEO
of V-Xpress, the express cargo vertical of the group.
Aditya brings closely 15 years of experience to the business. He is a
key member of the core executive team. He joined the company like
all new joiners; underwent rigorous training drills about the
company’s SOPs and daily functions. Though he is one of the
promoters, he worked his way with all ground level work experience, including one month in a
tough environment at one of the trans-shipment centers.
Aditya’s strengths are his quick grasping of the company’s business and industry requirements.
His interest lies in Human resource, Technology, business strategy and Marketing. His efforts led
to setting up new strategic departments at V-Trans to foster the future growth plans. He is also
the CEO of V-Xpress, where his relentless efforts are carving the turnaround story for the
business vertical. He is also the industry face of the V-Trans group, and been associated with the
national committees at ICC, CII –(IL), and at NSDC.
A leader of great human values, acute business sense, and strategic foresight, Aditya amongst the

master’s degree in Finance & Investment from Nottingham University, UK
