In his current role as Chief Supply Chain & Manufacturing Officer at CaratLane, Amit leads the brand’s end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations. He is responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening in-house and partner manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring scalability as CaratLane continues to expand its omnichannel footprint across India. Working closely with leadership teams, he plays a critical role in enabling faster product availability, consistent quality, and operational agility across markets.
Over the course of his career, Amit has held senior leadership roles across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen production capabilities, improve turnaround times, and elevate quality standards. His experience spans end-to-end supply chain planning, vendor and partner ecosystem management, manufacturing optimisation, capacity expansion, and process excellence, with a clear focus on aligning operational performance with evolving business growth objectives.
